12/27/2011 - Enginuity Systems is moving!

Enginuity Systems is moving to a new location! Our new address is 732 Broadway, Suite 102, Tacoma, WA 98402 - just down the street from our current location. We will be moving over to the new office from December 27th trough January 1st. During that time we may have interruptions to our email, voicemail, and phone services while we transfer our electronic services over to the new location. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to kicking off a new year in a new office, and continuing to serve our clients!

12/22/2011 - VA IDIQ Contract

We were just notified by the Veterans Administration that our team has been selected to provide A/E Design Services for the VA at facilities in Washington and Oregon, as part of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract. The team is a joint venture between Enginuity Systems (prime consultant/mechanical engineering) and Belay Architecture (Tacoma, WA - architecture & interior design). Other team members include AHBL (Tacoma, WA - civil/structural engineering), BCRA (Tacoma, WA - medical planning), Hart Crowser (Seattle, WA - geotechnical engineering), Med-Tox Northwest (Auburn, WA - hazardous materials abatement), Tres West Engineers, Inc. (Tacoma, WA - electrical engineering), Nature By Design (Fircrest, WA - landscape architect), and Matson Carlson & Associates (Everett, WA - cost estimating).

3/29/2011 - Topping Regional HOPE Center Addition LEED

We were just notified that the we achieved 4 LEED points for the Optomize Energy Performance under LEED v2.2 for the Topping Regional HOPE Center Addition. Why were these 4 points newsworthy? Because we were able to acheive them using standard gas/electric packaged HVAC equipment, and enhanced controls - saving the owner a great deal of money and avoiding complex, high-maintenance items that would be potential trouble spots over the life of the building.

2/25/2011 - New Phone System

We just activated a completely new phone system. We now have individual phone extensions, voicemails, and all that fun stuff. Extensions are as follows - Bruce (117), Jesse (112), Andre (114), Brian (113), Joe (116), Moses (115), Accounting (151), General Voicemail (410). Doubtless there will be some bugs to work out of the system, please email us if you are trying to call or fax something and having problems with that. Overall this system will help us provide better service to our customers, better response times to voicemail, and increase our efficiency.

1/3/2011 - A New Year and a New PE!

Moses Chong was just notified by the Washington State Department of Licensing that he passed his PE exam and is now an fully licensed Professional Engineer. Congratulations Moses!
