Bruce Gustafson has over 34 years of experience of engineering practice, designing, estimating, supervising, and managing construction, and is one of the owners of Enginuity Systems. He has a wide range of experience in diverse locations ranging from Alaska, Washington State, to South Carolina and many others. He has specialized experience in natatorium and pool system design, and has published several articles in industry journals regarding design of those systems. Other specialties include controls system design, systems retrofit design, and general sustainability. Bruce received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering in 1975 from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, and completed his postgraduate studies in 1980 at the same institution. He is very active in the local design community, serving on the Steering Committee of the local chapter of the US Green Building Council, and being active in other related groups such as the AIA. He is also active in the community, and is on the Board of Governors at the Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community. Bruce also completed the Sustainable Building Advisor course at Seattle Central Community College in 2002, and has been LEED-AP certified since 2002. |

Jesse is one of the owners of Enginuity Systems, and primarily oversees all design & production in addition to caring for the setup & support of computers, software, and other systems. He has over 11 years of experience as a mechanical systems designer and project manager. On many projects, he also serves as the project manager and designer. He has participated in the design and construction of a a wide variety of project types, including institutional, educational, government, commercial, military, athletic facilities, utility projects, mixed-use, residential, single- or multi-phase projects, and many others. Design specialties include pool & natatorium systems, hydronics, steam systems, retrofit work, fuel systems, and others. He has extensive experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD systems and is a regular participant in the local AUGI (Autodesk Users Group International) chapter and local Revit users' groups. |

Andre has over 11 years of experience in CAD drafting, mechanical systems design, and engineering. His design specialty is plumbing systems, and he has worked on the design of mechanical or plumbing systems for buildings ranging from multi-million dollar military installations to shell and core projects and tenant improvements. He keeps up to date with developments in the plumbing industry through his membership in the ASPE organization. In addition to being very proficient with Autocad, Andre has over 5 years of experience working with BIM platforms such as Revit MEP and Autocad MEP, in addition to other solid-modeling tools such as Solidworks and Pro/Desktop. |

Brian Middlebrook is fairly new to the engineering field, having received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Saint Martins University in 2008, and his EIT status in 2007. While at Saint Martins University his primary field of study was Thermal Engineering. Brian has rapidly gained a great deal of experience in mechanical design and project management. He specializes in HVAC and hydronic design, energy analysis, and also in marketing. Brian has used many different design tools such as Autocad and Carrier HAP in addition to researching many of the other engineering tools for services such as CFD and energy analysis. |

Joe Valmonte has more than 20 years of mechanical engineering experience designing HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. His project experience has included healthcare, biotech, and commercial office facilities, residential and senior living facilities, retail, and food service facilities. He also has extensive experience with industrial facilities including water treatment, pulp and paper, petrochemical, and food processing plants. His specialties include process plant equipment layout and design, HVAC design, and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). As a Project Engineer, his responsibilities include all aspects of mechanical design and coordination, field investigation, production of construction documents, and construction management. He is heavily involved in the quality assurance and quality control process, and coordinates with other design team members to ensure constructability of designs. |

Karissa Tupper is a recent graduate from the Clover Park Technical College building architecture/engineering design technology program. Her responsibilities include plumbing & HVAC system layout, and CAD drafting. At Enginuity Systems, she has already participated in several Federal, commercial, design-build, industrial, and other projects. Always cheerful, Karissa has demonstrated good aptitude for mechanical systems design, as well as willingness to learn and progress in her field. |

Moses Chong is the lead energy analyst at Enginuity Systems. He has a great deal of experience in this specific area, having performed analysis tasks on many different projects using several different software platforms. He also has much experience in the areas of HVAC and hydronic system design. Moses has experience with a wide range of engineering and design tools, such as Autocad MEP (formerly Building Systems), Revit MEP, Autocad, Designbuilder, EnergyPro, Carrier HAP, and others. He also has worked on several LEED projects and is very familiar with the LEED process and other green-building-related methods and protocols. Moses received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2005, and attained his PE in January 2011. |
